  I go to Dunkin daily. And i had no choice but to stop at one that wasn’t my usual Dunkin and to my surprise my mobile order drinks both drinks were made completely wrong. Disappointed and a waste of my money. I won’t be stopping here again

  I'm very disappointed in Dunkin'. I went through the drive-through, ordered a coffee, and paid for it on my app. I had $9.59 in my account, and my coffee cost five dollars and some change. She rang it up on but it didn’t go through. she scanned for a second time and now my app shows zero dollars, yet she said I still owe money. It also shows that I was charged twice, but she wouldn’t give me the coffee and wanted me to pay more than the $ 959 I already paid. She said she refunded the money, but it’s not reflected on my app. Absolutely horrible customer service- I didn’t even get the coffee I paid for. When I asked to speak with the manager, she refused to give me that information. They were rude, trying to make me pay more for something I already paid for. I showed them the transactions on my phone, but they still wouldn’t give me the coffee or my money back. I will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts, and I want someone from management to contact me. I deserve either my money back or the coffee I paid for.

  Took my toddler to Dunkin’ for a little mommy–daughter Saturday morning treat, and I’ve got to say, this place was hustling! Inside, there were only a few customers but the drive-thru line was nonstop, and the employees were darting around filling orders faster than I’ve seen food service workers move in a long time. genuinely impressive. They had our order ready before I could even finish swiping my card. Menu-wise there’s a lot of variety not just the drinks, but the donut options too. We got a donut and a hot chocolate. Both were good, but I’m not gonna lie… they were excessively sweet. I think I hit my sugar quota for the week. 😂 Cleanliness was about what you’d expect during a busy morning rush; not spotless every second, but was what was messy when we walked in was already cleaned up by the time we walked out. not the kind of spot I’d come to read a book and sip slowly, but if you need a fast, efficient stop with great speed and solid selection, they’ve got it down. seriously these employees deserve a raise.
