  By far, the worst experience at a Bojangles. We decided to dine in. It was extremely dirty inside. There was stuff all over the floor in the lobby and behind the counter. All the tables were very dirty. We got our food before we even got our drinks. This location does not have a self-serve soda machine. The sandwich was almost inedible. It was probably the soggiest chicken I’ve ever had. The rounds were cold and under cooked. Strongly recommend avoiding this location!

  Asked the kid at the window for some jelly twice and of course forgets to put any in the bag. How do you forget that fast? I guess I’ll try to enjoy this ridiculously hard bread 👍

  This has to be the worst bojangles ever! Every single time I come here you have to wait at least 10 minutes or longer for your food through the drive thru. If it's busy you might as well go on down the road! They will have your order mixed all up. Very poorly run business!

  Kiosks... no service at all. No refills. Not even able to help yourself. You have to just stand and wait till you're recognized as a human for any type of help. Not a fan of this new paradigm in fastfood.

  I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at the drive thru. I was asked to wait. I waited over 30 minutes very patiently. I asked 2 staff members about my order when they were delivering food to other customers. I was told my order would be done soon. I finally left.
