  When this place has so many one star reviews I can understand y every time I get food here it’s the oldest tea room temp chicken tenders stale fries half cooked chicken people need to start calling the owners (boj of WNC LLC)not the managers

  Window service need managment assistance and customer service training 5:30pm 3/26. I dont think they uttered a single word to me aside from the AI order voice. Food is great.

  Worst bojangles ever. A coworker and I ordered food. It was delivered to our business. She paid for a meal that is supposed to get a bo berry biscuit, she got none. I paid for an order of TWO bo berry biscuits and only got 1. If you're out of something TAKE IT OFF THE MENU!!! Last time I ordered bo berries, they gave me 2 but the we're burned, rock hard hockey pucks. NEVER AGAIN. This location is THE WORST.

  I did not get the cashier's name but she was exceptionally nice and went the extra mile and let me sample the strawberry cobbler to if I liked it. I ended up ordering the Blueberry biscuits. I did get a picture of her helping another customer as I was leaving. Their bathrooms a clean also.

  I had an employee named Kayla who was an all-star. Sweet, caring, very helpful. She had a smile and was so nice from when I walked in to when I was leaving
