He was really trying his best to make sure everyone was taken care of. Besides that, everything was a mess!! They were out of a few food items, didn't get orders right, forgot drinks, forgot ice cream, had to wait 10+ mins for a shake, had to ask for utensils. Just one thing after another. Now I know the restaurant had NO control over this but to add to the customers frustration, there was a child that came in running all over the place, yelling, dumping ice out of the machine ALL over the floor, going behind the counter, standing on the counter, hiding in cabinets. On top of that her "grown up" did absolutely nothing to keep her, let's say, "in line".

That wasn’t an accident — that was a scam, plain and simple, and it looked like they were planning to pocket the extra cash. This isn’t just bad service, it’s theft. If they’ll do it to me, they’ll do it to anyone. Check your receipts because they clearly can’t be trusted. I’ll never set foot in this Dairy Queen again, and I strongly suggest everyone else stay far away from this location.
