    I waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins. She did say “hold on a minute” so i understood they were busy. We ordered 4 things. They were out of everything. Still fine. We got to window, assuming the lady was a manager she had a Wendy’s vest on. Anyways- no hello, how are you? I say thank you she doesn’t respond, that’s still fine. I get it. We have bad days. Order rang up wrong. I’m still fine. I pull up to check the food just to make sure it’s right, ordered plain burger all were wrong.. looped back around because the inside was closed with a sign on the door,. Politely told her hey it’s not your fault but I just need my plain burgers and we were missing 1 thing. She said “pull up”.. ok. I get to the window she aggressively holds bag out the window. I told her thank you have a good night and she shut the window. Nothing. I get being overwhelmed, being short staffed. But a little “have a good night”. Or sorry about that. Could have changed the whole thing. Will never ever go back. Rude. Not to mention long acrylic nails with no gloves picking chicken nuggets up to throw them back in the carton and put them in bag. Some people shouldn’t be in customer service.

    We placed an order on the app and when we came to pick it up, it wasn’t showing on their system. We assumed we would have to cancel, but this sweet woman told us she was going to make it for us anyway. I wish I got your name! You know who you are thank you girl it was bussss

    Visited today and the cashier was super friendly and our food came out correctly! Everything tasted good. Wish I could remember the cashier's name because she was great and deserves a shout out!!!
