  The fact that I had waited over 30 Minutes for JUST a slushie is ridiculous!! Other people received their food but all I needed was a drink and they couldn’t even do that.Please do better!

  Horrible. Just horrible. The staffs level of competence is just absolutely wild. After waiting for 20 minutes for 3 drinks (minimal cars in the drive thru or drive ups), I approached the entrance to the building. I stood outside for another 5 minutes and not another order was walked out while I stood and waited for someone to speak to to get a simple status update, while I watched them count another's customers change 5 times in a row. I finally stepped into the building to see what was happening and they said sorry we're busy and they had no idea where my order was. An additional 5 minutes later they found my order, and drinks were received taking an official 36 minutes for 3 drinks. While my order was given to me not another poor persons food and drinks were brought to them by a carhop. Absolutely horrible.

  I went here and ordered a bacon cheese burger with no pickles, no tomatoes Instead, they gave me EXTRA pickles, EXTRA tomatos, and NO bacon, wow.

  GRACIE has the worst attitude! like damn girl you rushing every time i say something. didn’t get nay a peice of my order right and was js rushing me ended the thing before i was done talking . she kept cutting me off “you done” no… im not she was just horrible i always have great experiences at this sonic i’ve never experienced sb w a attitude!

  I like their food, but unfortunately they screw up my order literally every time I go there. They forget the bacon on my burger, or they leave something on that I asked to take off, or I ask for light ice and it's filled with extra ice. Frustrating because like I said, I like their food.
