  If i could give zero stars I would. My family and I TRIED to get dinner from this location at 7:10 pm on March 4, 2026. After pressing the button to order, we sat there for at least 10 minutes, waiting on someone to at least acknowledge that we had pressed the order button. When no one responded, we went around to the drive thru. We sat there for abt 5 minutes, again waiting for an acknowledgement from an employee. Nobody ever said anything to us so we just left. Will not be going back to this location. They were NOT BUSY and as we rode by the store, there were employees dancing but nobody could seem to do their job. I havw no issue with making your job fun, but DO YOUR JOB!!

  I got 4 milkshakes and they all were only about half full and one looked like it was half eaten. It was so disappointing and I was quite disgusted.

  Those girls put in some serious work on a snow day! Sonic was open Sunday 2.1.26.... It was just 2 girls working. They were handling the drive thru, walk up, and the customers that pulled in. The they were patient, kept us informed, the food was fresh, and they still managed to smile and be friendly through it all. Best Sonic blast I ever had! I will definitely be back. Give those ladies a raise 🙌🏾 👏 🙏

  This location has consistently had more unprofessional and poorly trained or behaved staff. The greeting in the drive thru, leaving the mic 🎤 on and using street talk, not calling my order back, or appearing like they are just there to hang out vs service customers. The food is great, but each time I go I dread the customer service. May need Manager present, new manager or retrain staff with scripts so they understand polite professional communication with customers. It's consistently bad.
