  This will be the last time I go to this one, it’s always an issue. I ordered a Large and got a medium then when I questioned it. I was told it was a large well that was a small large. Then the wait time kept getting pushed back. Ordered a pepperoni and beef and got sausage instead. Really disappointed and unsatisfied.

  As most businesses suffer with staffing, Pizza Hut is over coming the issue with great customer service. My order was late, and a new employee forgot to make part of the order. Not only did the manager address my concerns, he also took the time to calmly explain to the new associate proper procedures for the order process. If other leaders took the time to effectively teach staff, I think we would all have better dining experiences. Congratulations to the Store Manager on Greenville Blvd., NC

  I’m pretty familiar with the way pizza places operate having worked with a different company for years and this place is awesome, the manager is so nice, the drivers, I’m told the company takes good care of its people and if there’s an issue with an order it’s more than fixed. Had a great talk with I believe his name was Daniel? Anyway, as always thank you

  Yall trippin the people here are SO NICE, there was a mix up with my order and they more than made it right, I’ve worked at dominos for years and they can’t touch Pizza Hut customer service
