  We stopped in for a bowl, and they did not disappoint! My order was out within minutes. The gentleman was very kind and courteous, he helped assist in getting the bowl i wanted. The staff were very helpful in helpful me decide what I was looking for as i have a texture issue, and they were spot on! The place was clean, staff professional. Would definitely recommend this place!

  Usually this place is awesome. I come here weekly after driving an hour for a med appt But today Im kinda frustrated.. Why did someone who ordered after me grt his drinks before me, after waiting 10 min...and I had to remind the staff about my order in order to get it made. I noticed my order disappeared on the screen 😕

  Since this location moved, we have only been here twice to pickup our online orders. The first time, the veggie hummus wraps were some of the worst wraps we had ever eaten with barely anything in them which is the reason for one star being removed. The second time, we placed an order on Tuesday, March 4 at 6:26pm. We arrived earlier than the designated time for pickup, but we only had to wait a couple of minutes before the food was ready. The veggie hummus wraps this time were some of the best we have had from a Tropical Smoothie establishment so whoever was working that night needs to be applauded!! 👏 We could TASTE the avocado and hummus and all the correct ingredients were present making it so delicious. This wrap is what all of them should taste like! So thank you to that crew! This is important to us because I will be honest here - we kinda stopped visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe because the wraps weren't being made that well. There were tiny amounts of ingredients (barely any hummus, avocado, etc) and they tasted so-so. For the price being paid, we definitely felt ripped off and just stopped going for a while. After many months, we would give it another try and be disappointed again so we were delighted about this most recent order we received. So the reason I am writing this review is to let the cafe and staff know that whoever was working that night did a great job! The staff were also welcoming and helpful that night. If this continues then we will definitely add Tropical Smoothie Cafe back as one of our faves. And as a sidenote, know that the front door is hard to open. You have to really pull/push it.

  I love to give credit where credit is due...mainly because great customer services as well as the food will keep me going back EVERYTIME!!! BUT THIS location need to either hire more people or warn us on the website that your business does NOT have curbside available at the moment, and you are unable to answer your phones, due to the shortage of help...at the moment. I placed an order on line for curbside pickup at 4:21 yesterday, to be picked up at 5:45. I arrived there around 5:43.. (a little earlier), and sat in my car. I had already put in the info regarding the color, make and model of my vehicle. Didn't receive a call or text while sitting there waiting, so I tried to call to let someone know I was there. The phone ran until it just DIDN'T RING ANYMORE! I guess it automatically stops after so many rings. ( I don't know) So, I then go inside and get in line. There was only one person in front of me & three others waiting on the side. After standing there for a few minutes, the worker walks up to the desk and helps the customer in front of me. Another person comes in, while I'm in line and walks up, and the worker walks over to her and gets her order, ( that I assumed she had placed online, since they aren't answering phones). I then looked at the other customer and I asked her if she saw that! She bowed her head! Sooo..🙃 the worker finally acknowledges me after she takes care of the person that just walked in. She looked for my order, but could not find it, because the other worker had just finished the order. I think I will just take my chances going an extra mile to the other business...just because of customer service. I love ❤️ the food, but I cannot stand sorry customer service!
