  First don’t shop in store ever , I did a online order in the app took my money and no order they don’t have a costumer service to reach out for help nothing

  We stopped in for a bowl, and they did not disappoint! My order was out within minutes. The gentleman was very kind and courteous, he helped assist in getting the bowl i wanted. The staff were very helpful in helpful me decide what I was looking for as i have a texture issue, and they were spot on! The place was clean, staff professional. Would definitely recommend this place!

  Food is great but this new location is a bit odd. After not being greeted I somehow got asked a bunch of questions while picking up my online order from the rack labeled "online order pickup" that had only one order on it, which was in fact my food. The other two locations in town are a lot more welcoming.

  I love to give credit where credit is due...mainly because great customer services as well as the food will keep me going back EVERYTIME!!! BUT THIS location need to either hire more people or warn us on the website that your business does NOT have curbside available at the moment, and you are unable to answer your phones, due to the shortage of help...at the moment. I placed an order on line for curbside pickup at 4:21 yesterday, to be picked up at 5:45. I arrived there around 5:43.. (a little earlier), and sat in my car. I had already put in the info regarding the color, make and model of my vehicle. Didn't receive a call or text while sitting there waiting, so I tried to call to let someone know I was there. The phone ran until it just DIDN'T RING ANYMORE! I guess it automatically stops after so many rings. ( I don't know) So, I then go inside and get in line. There was only one person in front of me & three others waiting on the side. After standing there for a few minutes, the worker walks up to the desk and helps the customer in front of me. Another person comes in, while I'm in line and walks up, and the worker walks over to her and gets her order, ( that I assumed she had placed online, since they aren't answering phones). I then looked at the other customer and I asked her if she saw that! She bowed her head! Sooo..🙃 the worker finally acknowledges me after she takes care of the person that just walked in. She looked for my order, but could not find it, because the other worker had just finished the order. I think I will just take my chances going an extra mile to the other business...just because of customer service. I love ❤️ the food, but I cannot stand sorry customer service!
