  My sis went there today said it was disgusting. Soda nozzles broken and just sitting there. Dirty bathroom sloppy lobby. Staff on their personal phones ignoring customers. I actually went there the first week of its opening and it was more than a year ago and I swore I'd never go there again. I drive by there when I go to the pool at least four days a week and I never see the parking lot with several cars there. you talking about a money Pit. You need to get corporate in there unless you just like throwing away money.

  This is not a “fast food restaurant”. It takes them 20 minutes to make your order because 2/3 of the staff are just standing around and the 1/3 is actually doing the work.

  Refused to serve me in the drive thru on a motorcycle because it’s “not a proper vehicle”? Not to mention I was the only person in line and had a mobile order

  Took forever for our food to be made on several occasions, even when no one else is ordering. Very slow service. Do not recommend.

  The black lady that works in the morning has 0 customer service skills and Interrupts you when ordering. She will also have you repeat yourself five times because she doesn't listen. She also likes to ask you if youre done ordering after every single item you order. Like no lady. Ill tell you when I'm done ordering, stop she sounding so lifeless and like you hate the fact you even have to be at work. The only good thing i have to say is she didn't mess up the food. This time. She did the last time. She just forgot my drinks this time. Tried to give this place second chance. Came for lunch. Employee was smoking a cigarette outside and left me sitting at the drive thru for 5 minutes. Drove off after they never came to take my order. Terrible employees.
