- RBRoz BooneFeb 3, 20265.0Those girls put in some serious work on a snow day! Sonic was open Sunday 2.1.26.... It was just 2 girls working. They were handling the drive thru, walk up, and the customers that pulled in. The they were patient, kept us informed, the food was fresh, and they still managed to smile and be friendly through it all. Best Sonic blast I ever had! I will definitely be back. Give those ladies a raise 🙌🏾 👏 🙏

The greeting in the drive thru, leaving the mic 🎤 on and using street talk, not calling my order back, or appearing like they are just there to hang out vs service customers. The food is great, but each time I go I dread the customer service. May need Manager present, new manager or retrain staff with scripts so they understand polite professional communication with customers. It's consistently bad.
