My order was late, and a new employee forgot to make part of the order. Not only did the manager address my concerns, he also took the time to calmly explain to the new associate proper procedures for the order process. If other leaders took the time to effectively teach staff, I think we would all have better dining experiences. Congratulations to the Store Manager on Greenville Blvd., NC
