I came back to town and placed a Panera order for the drive-through. My order was ready super fast. I got home and realized my sandwiches were missing. When I called, the manager I spoke to was so helpful and kind over the misunderstandings that had occurred. It sucks not getting food but mistakes happen and I think the response to the mistakes is the most important. I felt like the resolution was extremely thoughtful and professional. I felt like a valuable customer that genuinely matters

Super sweet and missy she was so sweet at the window Nd they made sure me and my baby food was fresh and went out there way to make sure my baby apple was cut up ! The carrots were undercooked. Not to mention the chipotle avocado melt had a strange taste. I asked the cashier for salt and pepper and was given attitude. Very disappointing.
