  This location is the WORST location in Greenville NC!! They run things however they please, i guess they make their own rules & hours! They literally close whenever they please! It’s been multiple times that i have ordered from here on the app, pay for my food etc then get there and they are closed (for whatever reason) then i have to go & cancel my order for this location & go through the refund process (as anyone that uses the app/orders from the app regularly knows that you can’t even place a order if the location you sectioned for pick up is closed, the app doesn’t even let you go any further in placing a order let alone let you pay for it) but they are SUPPOSE to be open so it shows that they are & allows you to place & pay but you actually never know until you get there if they are really open or not because if they decide they want to close early that day then thats just what they do! Then you have to reorder at a different location & pay again (of which the other locations are actually open like it says!!) & still have to wait for your refund from this location for how ever many days! This location is just ran SO unprofessionally!

  Everytime I have ordered from this location they seemed to be understaffed and always miss items or fill the order with different items without asking first. The past two times have been on the way to work where I’ve had to wait and wait just for me to get all the way to work and realize I didn’t even get what I ordered. When I call to ask for a refund they never answer phone. They are nice people but unfortunately I cannot continue to give them money for food I don’t get to eat. They offer to replace it but then won’t have the replacement or it’s days later and doesn’t help me now. I am now hungry at work AGAIN 😔 today I ordered two hot cakes and only received one stack of broken dry cakes

  I’m sorry, but what in the world is this?! I come here on occasion, and normally it’s a totally fine experience. I go to the kiosk, I do my thing, whatever. Why in the world would you send this out? I can understand it’s harder to cook the quarter pounders to a decent doneness. And maybe some would see it as overreacting. But when I go to a fast food restaurant, I expect everything to be cooked through. Well done. Not pink in the middle. You could make someone sick off of this! And the photo isn’t showing quite how raw it is. And the further you get into the burger, the worse it gets. This is disgusting! I’m sad to say we will not be going back to this establishment again. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them, but it will be the last. Y’all need to do better. This type of mistake could make someone seriously ill. Also, I don’t know if y’all changed the quality of your coffee recently, but it’s so acidic! Tastes horrible.
