This is bate and switch and it is not acceptable! Get there the morning of pick up and am told they've been having their fryer rebuilt and have no donuts for my order. Had they called, I could have made other plans with one of the other 5 or 6 donut places in the area. Instead...nothing. Garbage service. Order was for 18 dozen, this time. Future orders would have been the same or larger. Will go with another shop from now on.
