  How do you charge for a freebie item? They can’t give out kickin ranch if it’s not on the sandwich doesn’t make sense

  I visit this jimmy johns 10/18/25 at 8pm from a long day travel visiting a family member in hospital. As soon as I walk through the door the guy behind the counter with headphones came up to me and said “what you doing parking there “ not even a hello . I was shocked so I said excuse me? He rolled his eyes and said you can’t park there. I told him I was from out of town and was trying to see if he was open… I didn’t know about the park … so he replied in a nasty way “ Well what you want then” I just walked out.. the day was too long to go back and forth. Moral of story POOR customer service. Especially located in a hospital area where people are going through traumatic events. POOR POOR service

  I love Jimmy John’s…used too anyway….it been a while since I got my favorite..the Billy club. I love the Billy club bc of the honey Dijon mustard! The last time I ordered it I thought someone had just messed up and put regular mustard on my sandwich. So today I made sure to say something about it and to my horror they no longer have Dijon mustard! WTH! WHO has a sandwich shop that doesn’t have Dijon mustard???? Needless to say I may never ever go back just bc of that! Ridiculous! My sandwich sucked bc there was no DIJON MUSTARD on it! 🤬
