- AMadriana mendietaDec 28, 20251.0I’m not sure if management changed or what exactly has happened at this location. I’ve been going to this location for about 3 years. I ordered a matcha no ice, and the drink isn’t even half full. I was kinda shocked but politely asked if they can fill it up as they usually do (I ALWAYS get a matcha no ice) and the manager Hailey said that’s not how she does things. “I don’t know who or what dunkin you go to, but if I’m around, we don’t fill it up”. I was absolutely shocked and the blind disregard and rude response was just ashtonishing. Maybe shouldn’t be ordering from Dunkin period. I at least get 5-6 cups a week but this was terrible service. As a business owner my self, just extremely sad. Have given dunkin a lot of money and when there’s issues as long as I come sweet, kind, and respectful I get it fixed, no issues, and I tip because i understand how hard it can be working at a fast paced establishment. No excuse for this treatment though.

I’m not sure if the staff are all kids or what, but you’re never waiting less than 20 minutes for ANYTHING! 7/10 the order will be wrong and have to be made over, and most of the time they run out of donuts. Why are y’all out of donuts at a donut shop at 3pm on a Friday!
