I asked for a refund because I had already paid using the app and I was told that they couldn’t refund because this restaurant didn’t collect it but the Dunkin Mobile had it and I needed to call them for a refund. Guess who never answered the phone? The Dunkin Mobile only answered with a recorded message suggesting I email them. This is nuts! I am still waiting to get a response from a human and a refund!

In regards to the mobile order, only 1 item was as given. This was not communicated until I got to the door. Once I asked to be refunded for the items not given to me they told me no and slammed the window on me. Attempted to contact customer service and they aren’t taking calls. Shame as i typically would stop here before work one or twice a week, guess I’ll find a new morning spot. L
