  What I ordered vs what I got 🤔 it literally takes the same amount of time to squiggle sauce as it does to “toss them as advertised “ just pure LAZY

  Honestly, the store deserves a "0" for the level of service that I received the other day. I called and gave special instructions that were not followed at all. I called back and the GM Katie indicated that I couldn't get a refund or a remake of order. She said they were very behind by 200 orders (which is impossible), and couldn't make a pizza well done with extra pizza sauce. If this was the case they need to revamp their whole operation strategy and get more workers. I would've went to another chain that could meet my simple request if I knew that ahead of time.This was poor customer service to the highest degree and they didn't even try to fix the situation. I'm glad that I was just visiting and the stores in my area don't follow by this store's horrible logic. If you spend your money on something, you expect for it to be correct. Never will I go back to this location, when I'm visiting or recommend them to any of my family or colleagues. Hopefully, the franchise owner will read this and realize that they have poor management in place and needs a new business philosophy.

  So, its the day before snowmageddon, 2026. Dominos was deliverying my pizza, and made an unfortunate mistake. They dropped my order with someone else in my neighborhood. It happens. After speaning with the manager, they resent my pizza and it qas fantastic. Thanks for the no hassle.

  I want to share my unforgettable impressions of Domino's pizzeria. Yesterday, December 17, I placed an online order for pizza with delivery on December 18 at 11:00 am at Pre-K where the children celebrated Christmas. The online order was processed, confirmed and fully paid for with delivery. But no one delivered the pizza, when I asked why the order was not delivered, they told me that the order was canceled. Why didn't anyone inform me that the order was canceled? The children did not receive the pizza. The Christmas celebration was spoiled. The children were upset. Thank you Domino's pizza, the children's holiday was ruined!
