It was an Uber order, so I called Uber as per the other dominos locations instructions first, and because I did that the very rude and hateful general manager denied a remake of the food that I had to toss out. She has no customer service, no amount of decency or compassion, nothing. DON'T order from this location, avoid it like the plague. This place does not represent Domino's as a whole, because I've had much better food and customer service at other locations! Expanding on my previous review by editing, the food had been cooking/preparing since I placed the order, and when it was delivered an hour later, it was cold and hard. I called another location and the manager said it sounds like it had been cooked way before it delivered and was sitting on the rack! He said the general manager still should've remade the order, but even if they did remake it, the qualify of this location is so subpar, I wouldn't even subject myself to the kind of quality that comes from poor and rude management such as the Charles location exhibits. Once again, never order from this location, your wallet doesn't deserve the kind of treatment you will get and it doesn't justify the inedible food. Judging off other reviews here, I'm not the only one with this experience.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLY RUDE.
