As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

In fact, my family used to love this location so much that we were willing to travel 15 miles to spend our money at this location. Unfortunately, my wife is a very trusting person and the last 3 times she has traveled to this location and placed an order it has always been missing something. The last time sealed the deal for me. I ask the public to view this picture and tell me if you would eat that apple pie. Not to mention that my burger and fries were missing. The only contents that were in the bag were destroyed, smashed, stepped on, or whatever you want to call it. In addition to the aforementioned, when I attempt to contact the Franchisee of this location the voicemail is always full with no ability to leave a message. So I ask the public again for their opinion, would you want to spend your hard earned money only to get sub par customer service and a bag full of crap you didn't order and food that appears to be not fit to eat? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! BRIAN KONKOL IS A JOKE OF A BUSINESSMAN AND HIS BUSINESS COASTAL CAROLINA FOOD CORPORATION IS MAKING CHECKERS LOOK BAD. HONESTLY, IF ONE WERE TO REFERENCE Checkers CORPORATE REVIEWS, HE OR SHE WOULD EASILY GATHER WHY THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS WILL NOT SURVIVE MUCH LONGER WHEN THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS GET SERVED NASTY, POSSIBLY DANGEROUS FOOD AND NO PLATFORM TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES AT HAND.
