  Me and my friend had went into this Cava maybe 2 weeks ago wanting to try it. We had never been to a cava before so we were unfamiliar with how it worked. The young lady who was working at the line just stared at me as if I was supposed to know what to say. I told her I had never been before, so she proceeded to walk over to the back wall in a very condescending way and said “what greens”. I still had no idea what she meant so I just chose a random green leading me to be unsatisfied with my bowl. From there the rest of the order she stood and stared at me as if I was to know which things are where. I felt VERY rushed the entire time I was looking at everything. She would stand there and roll her eyes if I hadn’t said what I wanted immediately. Why do you guys act like that?? This was a very disappointing and negative experience and I hope someone can have a talk with these workers on how in the customer industry you have to uphold a reputation. IT IS PART OF THE JOB. You cannot be rude to paying customers just because you feel like it.

  Me and my friend come to this place when we wanna get something to eat while were in town. Everytime we go ( which has only been two times) they are always rude! Everytime you ask for something they give off attitudes in there body language. The first time me and my firend went I saw the service and how bad it was. But decided to give it a secound try. Just to find out it was worse the secound time. They make you feel rushed for the food YOU'RE PAYING FOR!!!!!!! It was VERY uncomfortable and just staying and eating made me feel like i was being judged. If im paying for the food then I should be taking all the time i need to figure out what I want.

  This was my first time ever being here. The food was delicious and healthy. I'd say it's a better version of chipotle. I would recommend coming here and trying it out.

  I went to cava in Greenville today and it was just a terrible experience. The guy at work that was extremely rude, when I payed for my food he walked off and didn't give me a receipt. He came back and handed me my food without a bag. I asked does the food come in a bag now or is no bags. He looked at me and rolled his eyes and then handed me a bag. I asked you guys going to put stuff in bags now. He made a smacking sound with his lips and went to the back. If you're having a bad day stay home don't bring me your attitude.
