- MMManmoud4 days ago1.0Service is extremely bad in this restaurant. The girl who started taking my order had a very bad and nasty attitude. When I said hey she never responded and said "what do you want", when I told her I want a bowl and a pita she frowned and slammed the bread on the counter she was preparing the food on. She gave me half a scoop of rice in my bowl and when I asked if she could do a full scope she insisted that it was an upcharge. I don't mind paying extra if I am getting extra or double the usual amount but she still made me pay extra for the standard amount that everybody gets. She was angry while scoping my food and was throwing everything in the bowl and on the pita very aggressively and kept blowing air every time I would ask for something. Never offered to put any sauces and barely put any sauce when I asked for it. Food is good and I have been a loyal Cava customer for a long time in Florida before I moved here but service at this Cava was extremely disappointing. I would love to go back but that girl made my experience very bad. I went there around 5:30 pm today

I have like seven orders, and Kenzie was cool, calm and collected and knew exactly what she was doing and helped me through each one and remembered each one better than I could find them from the text messages on my phone! Three of the orders were build your own with all kinds of specificities! I was a frazzled mess, but the four girls that helped including Kenzie were so amazing and helpful and the cashier Thai totally hooked me up by writing. What was what on each one of the covers! When she asked me if I had the app, I said, I think I’m going to have to get that for next time, lol! I don’t know this place well but I think I definitely want to! Amazing, impeccable service! Thank you!!!
