  Food is good we got the double and single burger, family fries. All very solid, well seasoned and fries were really good with the crinkle and paprika style seasoning. Place looks a bit dated and prices were okay, sauces cost extra, cheese costs extra etc. Overall solid burger place

  1st time visiting, really good food, fair prices, I had western burger, bbq sauce great, onion rings great. Will definitely return. Cali sauce very good

  I’m disappointed to be writing this because the food at Cali Style Burger isn’t bad, but the customer service experience was very frustrating. Last month, I ordered three chicken Philly sandwiches with different toppings from Cali Style Burger. When I got home (I live on the other side of town), all three sandwiches were made incorrectly. I immediately called and spoke with a young lady who told me that as long as I kept my receipt, I could come back and they would replace the entire order. Last night, I returned to Cali Style Burger with my receipt and was told by the manager that they would only cover one sandwich, even though all three were wrong. I explained that I had previously been told the whole order would be replaced. The manager dismissed that and insisted I was supposed to return within a two-week timeframe. However, no deadline was mentioned during my original call, even after I explained that I rarely come to that side of town. I was clearly told that as long as I had my receipt, it would be honored. Because it was late and my family needed dinner, I went ahead and paid for the other two sandwiches. Still, I do not feel that was fair. Customers should not be held responsible for internal miscommunication. This review isn’t meant to be ugly, just honest. Clear and consistent customer service is important. Unfortunately, due to this experience at Cali Style Burger, I won’t be returning.

  Went in on a whim after getting off early from work. Best decision I've made in a while. I had the Double Western. My brother had the Cali Style. I'm always indecisive about fries or onion rings, so we sampled some of both. Food was amazing. Possibly the best burger I've had in my life. Fresh smash patties. Generous sauce. And the onion rings were extra crispy. Staff is very kind and quick. Mo said he personally made our food himself because it was our first time. He knocked it out of the park. Look to spend $15 or so per head, but it's money well spent. I'll definitely eat here again.

  I understand that food is cooked to order but if you have someone in the line that has a big order maybe ask them to move forward. I was there just today (10th) St. The car in front of me had what possibly was a big order and by the time I got to the window to get my food my fries were cold and my bun was cold.
