  Ordered the pick 6 which includes drinks which I did order online. But if you don’t think to ask for the drinks when you pick up your order you don’t get them. Ok my bad. More importantly the food was so so salty that it was not edible. When I called to ask about it they said they don’t season their wings, it’s just in their sauce. Whatever the case, it was so salty that it was hot and there was no other flavor. We had the boneless wings. Maybe it’s better with traditional. I won’t know because I will not be going back. However to be fair, they did give me a refund. Not happily but still did.

  Outstanding food and service, on a busy NFL Sunday afternoon no less. My family group was very surprised at how good it was. I commend the management and staff here for keeping positive through the many challenges they must face each day. I cannot wait to go back even though it is about an hour's drive for me.

  I usually don’t eat out anymore because it often feels like a waste of money, and this experience reminded me why. I don’t normally eat here, but the last time I did the food was decent, so I gave it another try since I didn’t feel like cooking and my daughters were excited. I ordered my food well ahead of time online, but when I arrived, I still had to wait an entire hour, even though the app said the order would be ready in 15–20 minutes. There were several other irritated guests waiting as well. I don’t understand why the system says an order is complete when it clearly isn’t. The service was very unorganized—one employee seemed to be doing everything while the place itself didn’t look well kept. Staff in the back were handling food without hair nets or gloves, which was concerning. When I finally received my order, it was wrong and had to be corrected. Once I got home, the food was extremely disappointing. The chicken was dry and hard, the seasoning tasted like it was just thrown on, the ranch was unpleasant, and the tater tots were soggy with barely any seasoning—even though I specifically requested it. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I regret not cooking at home and wish I could get a refund. I won’t be returning. Experiences like this are exactly why eating at home saves both money and stress.

  This is the best Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is fantastic and the customer service is exceptional! Tee does a great job and always has the BEST customer service. Sedric was our bar tender and my glass was never empty! Well done! Kris was exceptional as welln made sure our food came out ok and was in friendly! I love this place

  We went for dinner later at night. We were served by our waiter Zach who was very helpful. I got a chicken sandwich which was good and ordered the pretzel bites as an appetizer. The sandwich came out in a timely manner, but the pretzel bites weren't ready until we had gotten the check and I took them to go. They tasted good but I dont understand why they have a menu item as an appetizer if it takes a whole meal to prepare them.
