The employees at this location seem to always have a bad attitude. Besides that, Tonight I picked up my online order and when I got home 15 minutes later I realize they did not give me any au’jus sauce for my French dip. I called to let the manager know. To me the sandwich is no good without the au’jus. The manager first of all, hung up on me twice. Then told me that I could come get it right now or I could pick it up tomorrow. They were 15 minutes from closing. I asked would they replace my sandwich tomorrow because my wife and child are home and I didn’t want to leave again at 10:45 pm. She told me that they would only give me the au’jus tomorrow but if I want another sandwich I’ll have to pay for it. Then she hung up on me again and did not answer the phone afterwards. That is terrible customer service! It’s not a French dip without the au’jus! I left my family and went to get the sauce. Upon arrival the girl tells me that she is the manager and her name is Kiara but I spoke with the other manager who is on duty and her name is Kiara. I believe this person is a was dishonest and I’m very skeptical as to why she gave me au’jus in a regular drinking cup but only after she took that cup to the back for 3 minutes and then came back and filled it with au’jus. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes. I will never go back to this location. This wasn’t the first bad encounter with Arby’s on east fire tower road, but it was the last for me.
