  I would give 0 stars after today. Today I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Seven Brew location. My boyfriend and I stopped to get our dog a pup cup before having to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him due to severe, documented aggression. This was not a choice we made lightly and came after over a year of trying training, rehoming, and seeking professional opinions. I am currently pregnant, and safety is a serious concern. When I explained this to the employee taking our order, he laughed, mocked the situation, and questioned whether our dog was aggressive at all—despite knowing nothing about our history. It was humiliating and deeply hurtful during an already emotional moment. When I asked to speak to management, my concerns were dismissed, eye-rolled, and minimized. I was told I “took it the wrong way.” Names and corporate contact information were refused. The only compassionate employee was the woman who finished my order, who wasn’t even a manager. I’m a loyal Seven Brew customer and have never had an issue until today. This location showed a complete lack of empathy and accountability during one of the hardest moments of my life

  If you've driven down FireTower Road lately, you've definitely seen it the unique, industrial-chic structure that makes 7 Brew impossible to miss. This isn't your average, cookie-cutter coffee drive-thru. The modern, almost minimalist design built from what looks like shipping containers is a breath of fresh air. It’s a place that looks as cool as the drinks they serve, and that unique aesthetic is a huge part of why I love stopping by. But a great look only gets you so far; the drinks have to deliver. And let me tell you, they absolutely do. After working my way through the menu, I've found my holy grail: The Coffee Roll Chiller. This drink is pure genius. For the uninitiated, a "chiller" is 7 Brew's version of a frappe or frozen coffee, and their Coffee Roll flavor is a spot-on recreation of a classic cinnamon roll in liquid form. It’s perfectly sweet with a rich coffee base, swirled with that unmistakable, warm cinnamon sugar flavor. It’s not overly syrupy or artificial tasting, which is a common pitfall for specialty frozen drinks. The texture is always flawlessly smooth—never icy or grainy. It’s the kind of drink that feels like a treat but has just enough caffeine to give you the boost you need. It has firmly earned its status as my go-to order, and I find myself craving it constantly. Paired with the consistently upbeat and efficient crew who are always radiating positive energy, the entire experience at 7 Brew is a win. From the standout design that catches your eye to the unforgettable taste of the Coffee Roll Chiller that keeps you coming back, this place is a fantastic addition to Greenville's coffee scene.
