I arrived at 11:15am and let the lady behind the counter know I was there and she informed me that it would be ready at 11:30am. I left out and came back in at 11:30am. The workers noticed me but kept walking by and didn’t acknowledge me. 11:38am another lady was very nice and let me know that it still wasn’t ready and to give her a few more minutes. Around 11:45 it still wasn’t done and the food needed to be at the office by 12:00pm, I then let my mom know and she called the store around 11:50am. The lady that took the phone call was very rude and she was the same lady that told me when I first arrived that it would be ready at 11:30am. I could hear her through the wall and she kept referencing me as if I wasn’t in the store. She started talking to the other woman (who was very nice) “the lady on the phone want to know how long it’s going to take because “people” are in here waiting.” I walked away. She asked my mom did she want the chicken raw? They don’t know how long it’s gone take. I work in customer service and she needs to be retrained or moved away from the public.
