  This whole app is stupid it doesn't give you a choice to say I did not eat at this establishment do you have a choice of hitting one through five stars so I'm not going to say it's great and I'm not going to say it's well I don't want to say it's bad all the restaurants in people should sue Google because what they're doing here is setting it up for failure for Google not to give people the right to hit the button and say I did not actually eat there this is probably a great place but I will say not this particular Chipotle but I've never had a good experience at Chipotle myself I actually threw up one time when I ate at Chipotle and I haven't thrown up in a long time but I did after 8 Chipotle and when I asked them a simple question like please don't roll up my burrito whatever like a big old basketball every time I have attempted to go with my friend there because he likes it there they have an attitude and will not roll it up like Taco Bell it's not that freaking complicated roll one in over and roll it like a cigar don't put all that food in there so you got a glob it up like a round ball I'm not going to eat no round ball I just want it rolled up like a regular burrito should be rolled up but they will not do that for me so I do not go to Chipotle

  They treat all customers like we are doing them a disservice by ordering food. Every employee I came in contact with tonight had an attitude this has happened multiple times.

  Worse Chipotle in the area. Excuse me it's the worse to come to during the day especially during the day. They always have an attitude. The heavy set black lady is absolutely the worse, I believe she handles most of the out going online orders (some how we had one interaction which I thought went fine, but I was wrong) seems to make other employees hate on customer they have never met before, how do I know because seen another employee do some sort hand gesture when I came in, then rudeness towards me begins and still I don't say much, thankfully I can see them make my food. Never been rude even after being wrongly treated. She just seems to not like certain people almost unsettling I stopped coming there few months ago. Never the less she is one I avoid at all cost. Can't even speak to her or she becomes nasty or vindictive. I'm old enough to know when someone is trying to single me out. I used to go at night they are much nicer crew. I avoid this store as much as possible. Just reading some of the reviews this is an on going thing ATTITUDE. Eventually someone will hate it so much and sue.THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!

  My bowl was ok. The only issue I had with it was that I’ve been to this chipotle numerous times, also have ordered online through the app multiple times, never had any issues. However, this time, I ordered through the app and placed it for 4:10pm pickup time. When I got home and opened my bowl, there was barely any meat. Also, the portions of my toppings were not normal& seemed rushed. I work at Cava so I understand the rush of working in places like Chipotle and Cava, please take your time on your DML line and give people what they paid for. It’s upsetting working in a place similar and being skimped out on what you have already paid for. I understand the stress but please take your time. This was kind of upsetting.

  Rude and unwelcoming, made it seem like a major inconvenience I ordered something for a person who wasn’t with me and did the same when I asked for rice without cilantro. After, my meal was soggy because there was a lot of water at the bottom. It dripped through the bottom of the bowl and the bag. I had to wipe up the water off of things I placed the bag and bowl on. It might have just been the day, but I wouldn’t recommend. The Chipotle chain is delicious- this location though isn’t that great.
