  Great food. I love that you can sit outside and the staff is always friendly as well. My favorite is a young man named Liam. He always has a smile and does a good job explaining the options to me.

  Amazing food with great service! I love that I can get a healthy option locally that is quick! Trinity helped me pick out the best options and they paired fantastically!

  Gina at CAVA was absolutely amazing! She was very professional, friendly, and made sure my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it.   WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.! 1ST OF ALL HOW THE WORKER THE LITTLE WHITE GIRL WHO DOES NOT KNOW HER OWN JOB? I HAD TO CORRECT HER ON MY PORTIONS AND WHEN I DID SO SHE KICKED BACK AND TOLD ME NO THAT I COULD NOT HAVE IT AND ARGUE WITH ME ON MY OWN PORTIONS THAT I AM PAYING FOR. LIKE WHO DOES THAT !? SHE NEEDS TO BE MAD AT HER TRAINER... NOT ME ! NOT MY FAULT I KNOW HER JOB AND I DONT EVEN WORK THERE . THEN WHEN I GO TO PAY SHE TELLS THE CASHIER SOMETHING . AND THE LITTLE FAT SPANISH GIRL WITH THE GLASSES ASK ME WHAT I HAD IN MY BOWL. THEN WHEN I TOLD HER SHE IGNORES ME TO SPEAK TO THE LITTLE WHITE GIRL..RIGHT AFTER I TOLD HER WHAT I HAD.. THEN THE CASHEIR STARTS TO ACT WIERD. DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME A BAG WITH MY MEAL. THEN WHE I TOLD HER TO GUVE IT TO ME IN A TO GO BAG . SHE HANDS ME THE BAG FOR ME TO PACK IT ALL UP MYSELF !?..... WHERE DO THEY FIND THESE PEOPLE WHO DONT LIKE THEIR JOBS. IF THEY DONT LIKE TO WORK THEIR THE SHOULD QIUT !I WONT RECOMMENT THIS SPOT TO NOBODY ! ILL JJST STICK TO THE NICER PEOPLE @ BATEENI GRILL !

  I stopped by Cava during my lunch break today and had such a great experience. They were temporarily out of steak and let me know it would be a few minutes, so I waited a bit while the line stayed pretty busy. Since I needed to get back to work, I decided to switch to chicken—but as soon as I moved back to the toppings line, one of the employees checked in with me and let me know they were already preparing the steak (she definitely hadn’t forgotten about me!). She went ahead and built my bowl with all the toppings, and then added the freshly prepared steak once it was ready. When I got to the register, they even comped my meal, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture—it honestly meant a lot. The food was amazing, and the service really stood out. Even with the wait, the team stayed positive, attentive, and clearly focused on taking care of their customers. Just a really great atmosphere all around!
