  This bdubs doesn’t like when you use your points to redeem food. Very rude manager. “We are a franchise we can do whatever we want” Insane to think when you tell the server that you had a reward at the beginning and they concur with you that you have the reward. Then when given the check it’s oh no we don’t do them.

  The food was good, but the service was not. I gave a 1 star only because I couldn't give a zero. We were one of 3 seated tables in entire restaurant and the only table our waitress had. She hardly checked on us, didn't ask if everything was ok until literally taking last bite, had to wait and then ask for a drink refill(was getting to get up and get it myself). In fact no one there seemed to want to work, even the manager for that shift. I feel like this might been an issue higher up in BWW because I hadn't been to a BWW in over 15 years for this exact reason. I stopped going because no matter what location the service was subpar. This may sound like I'm overly particular, but I'm not. Food service is a tough job and I appreciate people that do it well. Again, just end on a positive, the food was tasty.

  I really enjoy myself Everytime I go the atmosphere is enjoyable I usually go on my nights off and it's very relaxing the food be hot and awesome I don't drink alcohol but there non alcoholic beverages are great and made with love

  I had such an amazing experience here and I just had to leave a review! From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming, clean, and had a great atmosphere—but what really made the visit unforgettable was our server, Jordynn. It’s rare to come across service that stands out this much, but she truly went above and beyond. Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Jordynn—you won’t regret it!

  I seriously hate ordering from this place. I only buy from here if my kids want it. They never get my order right and on my last online purchase I had to wait an additional hour!!!! Talking about pissed!!!!! I suggest eating bcuz ur gonna wait anyway.....or go somewhere else!!!!!
