  Anytime I've ever visited here within the earlier part of the first half of 9pm. I mean 9:05, 9:03, 9:08. The never and I mean NEVER "have any chicken". That's what they say anyway. Y'all have to be losing money during the last hour because nobody is spending anything there. Oh! And here's the best part. When I say "how long will it take to make more?" 25 minutes. Yeah. Just shut this down. The other one on fire tower usually has a longer line at night because this one supposedly never has chicken ready.

  I went through the drive thru asking for a 3 wing dinner with two sides. Once getting to the window I realized it wasn’t rung up correctly… Was stood down by the employee taking the order saying there wasn’t a meal like such… finally the manger correct the order. Not even thoroughly looking just trusting that my order is right in the box i pull off just to realize the biscuit wasn’t even in the box… Also all my food was mashed in a tiny kids meal box… without a straw as well.

  Sometimes they have to wipe down your table before you eat because they don’t clean it, but except for that the place is pretty good

  Went in to pickup my breakfast that I ordered online. I stood directly in front of the pick up counter and I was continuously ignored. Ten minutes passed so I walked around to the register and asked the guy if he could get my order since I was being ignored. He said that he would grab it but guess what… He didn’t, instead he walked over and started making drinks. I had to lean over the pickup counter and tell the lady handing out food that I had a pick up. She said it’s right (it should be after 15 minutes past pickup) she handed me my sweet tea and said I’m going to the back to get your orange juice. Guess what happened this time… Yep you guessed it, she never returned and I left without a drink that I paid for. Other customers were dealing with the same service and they were telling me how ridiculous it was as we were waiting. Not coming back until they stop being sloppy.. Food was cold also so it’s actually a no star from me….

  Honestly if i can give this store a zero i would. I’ve been here in the past couple weeks at this particular one and it fails me every time. Not only are the tender’s raw but this store doesn’t complete the accuracy of what’s needed from a Bojangles. They are unprofessional when someone come’s up to them about an order you can tell that their getting an attitude. Not only that i went there again today and asked for FRESH tender’s. They gave me mix matched tenders some hot some warm so of course it wasn’t fresh. My fries as well looked like they were dropped twice i know how Bojangles fries are and how they should look but instead they were dark and crispy i can take a finger and crush it no exaggeration needed. At this point it’s some damn chip’s not FRIES! So not only is the environment odd but the speed ain’t there and when i ask is it fresh? they lie and say yes. I’d rather go to a Bojangles who value the food and who value the people who work there as well. This particular Bojangles DOES NOT! I really hope someone do something about this. Or in fact I could just change the one i go to!
