  I ordered the deluxe fish sandwich. They gave me a fish sandwich with no fish. I called the store and of course they didn't answer. I drove back and pulled up to the window. I told the girl at the window the issue and that I wanted a refund. She took the bag and even with the window closed, I could hear the staff laughing at what they'd done. The manager asked a few questions, took his time processing the refund and handed me my cash without a word. No apology from anyone for wasting my time or for providing poor service and a terrible product. Disgusted

  My husband I went through the drive-thru and we ordered a 25 piece supreme box. After we ordered it we were asked to pull forward to wait for our food. When our food came out the worker quite literally threw it in the car dropping a gallon of tea on my husbands leg. She then proceeded to have what looked like a temper tantrum and stormed back into the store. I'm honestly shocked that this place is still operating with incompetent workers like this. Don't come here unless you want to be treated like crap.

  Portion control was a little bit lacking and I did have an issue with my drink not having enough syrup but they kindly replaced that drink so overall I think this is a good establishment I would come here again.

  Sadly, not my best Bojangles experience. The food was fine, but the service was not great. The woman at the checkout counter ended up misunderstanding what I wanted to order (because she interrupted me halfway through what I was saying to announce over the speaker). I couldn’t tell what she had ordered for me (because it all sounds the same when they talk into that overhead speaker). Turns out, I paid for a sandwich that was more expensive than what I wanted, and I didn’t even find out until after I had paid and I was receiving my food. But pushing that issue aside, I got to the counter where they give you your food, was told my food was ready and given a bag and a drink, and went to sit at my table only to find that there was NO sandwich in the bag (just my fries). I had to go back up to the counter and ask for my sandwich, and then they tried to hand me the wrong sandwich. I corrected them and told them what I had ACTUALLY ordered. The woman at this counter just said “that’s not what’s on your bag.” to which I replied “that’s not what I ordered.” Without another word, she went and got my correct sandwich. I like to be understanding because you never know when someone is having a bad day, but I did want to be honest about my experience as a customer, as I was not very satisfied with how things went.
