From personal experience it is not because they are busy it is because they are slow. I have been to many other 7brews where the line is that long and the time is cut in half because they are fast and efficient. I love 7brew but something needs to change.

I’m literally holding my ears when trying to place an order. I wish they would just turn the music down where we can hear and it’s not disturbing. It’s sad that the manager would not turn it down. She said no. Talk about customer service
