  Long wait. Mid burgers but I really like the shakes and fries. They consistently fail to give me my full order until I point it out. If I order a full meal, they will hand me a bag with a burger and fries -- they won't give me a drink or the condiments that are clearly on the receipt. Every.Time. Same happens when I use UberEats. The delivery person typically has to call out the missing drink but assumes the condiments are in the bag. I have them 4 tries (4 in store + 1 UberEats). That's enough data points for me to never return.

  Where do I start just so many issues kind of unreal all I can say is stay AWAY from this location first off 6 people waiting for food at tables inside waited over 15 minutes after I ordered before getting their food which I got another 10 minutes later so 25 total minutes waiting with 1 car in drive thru and several team members present...not working socializing and un attentive to customers. Next issue is condition of restaurant itself brand new building just plain filthy inside trash and crumbs at every table and all over floor no lids for cups no tea and to get to the food was just plain nasty if I was the franchisee I would be very worried about my investment will NEVER eat here again.

  The workers don’t want to talk to you. It took like 40 mins to order. One guy doesn’t speak English and there a girl who just refused to speak and just uses hand gesters I don’t understand.the health inspector was there when I went and it was very messy in the kitchen. The worker Kirsten is not impressive at all and is very rude and will not speak to you.

  This was a very disappointing trip to this location . Usually the food is so good but this time someone dropped the ball. Burger was burnt and had no flavour . The gravy I paid extra for was thick like glue and was so little in the cup couldn’t dip the fries . Staff is friendly and as always the place is very clean . Won’t come back to this location . The banana pudding milkshake was good 😊

  Unacceptable wait times. Orders were taking 45 minutes to an hour. I ordered a cookie, which is a premade menu item, and waited 45 minutes. We had a shake in that order as well and it was over 70 minutes. Someone next to me had a mobile order that was not ready 55 minutes after their set pickup time. Do not come here if you don’t have at least an hour and a half to wait and eat. The manager was telling people to cancel their orders if they weren’t happy waiting for their food. She said she was getting paid real good either way.
