Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Paid on a kiosk, sat for well over a hour for 2 biscuits, ended up walking out without food. Workers did not respect anyone’s time as I could hear them laughing even when other patrons were getting very frustrated with wait. I was passing through greensboro so won’t be able to come in to get my refund nor will my cc company issue a refund because I already paid on a kiosk. Rip to my Whataburger experience in greensboro.

I have never eaten Whataburger until my daughter suggested and most likely my last. Visiting from out of town and decided to try it. I ordered a burger and fries with a toasted bun and this is not what I expected. My child’s chicken sandwich was the same. Hindsight I should’ve sent the food back and did not. Very disappointed. The only decent “food” were the fries. $29 down the drain. I also had to wipe down the table before we could eat. Please do better.

I ate at a WhataBurger in Texas a few years ago was so bad I threw in trask went to sonic to eat and I was starving. Decided the food was not fit for human consumption. When the WhataBurger open in Greensboro I said no I won't waste my money but today I did tbh not sure why. With that said the burger was good and the staff was very friendly. It was clean which is always great.

The food is pretty good for the price however the service wasnt the best bc they are so unorganized and lose track of their orders. We were in there for over 30mins and had to ask twice before receiving our food and we werent the only ones that waited for long periods of time for their food. They served smaller orders 1st and the drive-thru was just as bad the 2nd time...I was there for 45 mins and my order was still wrong.
Oh and the whole time I was there I didnt see one table get whipped off.

SLOW, RUDE, HORRIBLE QUALITY FOOD. In drive thru, very slow. For the wait, the food should've been HOT and FRESH....it was neither. Even missing a LG Fry. Went inside to get it, told me id have to pay for it, I argued no I had already paid for it but didn't receive it. Once they gave me a LG fry, they were room temp at best and maybe the quanity of a Small Fry. The fry with the Kids meal was a joke (see pictures for frys) The chicken in the wrap was horrible, it was mushy. The chicken strip meal, they tasted like last week's strips under a heat lamp the whole time. Very disappointing. This is not normal for other Whataburgers in the area. Kernersville HighPoint and Archdale are all very good. So I'm gonna blame this horrible service and food quality on poor management and incompetent employees.
