    For some reason Wendy's does not have chocolate to go in the frosties there they do not serve chocolate Frosty's has anyone else ever heard of that

    My friend placed his order ahead of time and even received an email saying his food was ready for pickup, so we expected it to be quick and easy when we got there. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all. When we arrived, the order clearly hadn’t been prepared yet. We pulled into the designated mobile order parking area thinking someone would bring it out shortly, but we ended up waiting there for about 30 minutes with no updates, no explanation, and no sense of urgency from the staff. The order itself was very simple—just two burgers and fries—so the long wait made even less sense. While we were sitting there, we noticed the drive-thru line was extremely busy, but even then, cars that arrived after us were getting their food and leaving before we did. It honestly felt like mobile orders were being ignored or pushed to the side in favor of drive-thru customers. When the food finally came out, it was cold and didn’t taste fresh, like it had been sitting out for a while instead of being made to order. After waiting that long, that was really disappointing. On top of that, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, the whole situation felt disorganized and poorly managed. Ordering ahead is supposed to save time and make things more convenient, but this ended up being the opposite. Between the long wait, lack of communication, and cold food, it was a pretty bad experience from start to finish.

    Sat here for 30+ minutes waiting on food , lobby’s closed before it should be with workers inside sitting on their phones.. long lines and also being rude

    Told the person at the drive thru 5 times my order and he still got it wrong went back to get my money back and the cheated me out of $4.00. I think they should shut that location down

    It says they close at midnight but they really close at 11pm. They could see you parked and don’t greet you. They could see you pull up to the window but won’t acknowledge you sitting there. Even if it is before 12. I pulled up for a DoorDash and I saw what looked like my DoorDash and I sat at the intercom for 20 mins and they refused to answer it. They was cooking what looked like their take out. So I pulled up to the window and they ignored me for 10 mins and kept making their food only to come to the window and tell me I have to go to the intercom. I responded I was sitting there and they didn’t answer it. Then I said I have a DoorDash and they said they are closed they don’t have any orders. I cancelled the order with a DoorDash agent and moved on. The next day I got a contact violation that told be they gave the order to someone else accusing me of lying about them being closed. Once again I went as a customer and it was 11:19pm and they refused the order via ai. Meanwhile I was the last car in drive thru. Wasn’t any other cars behind me and I only wanted fries.
