My friend placed his order ahead of time and even received an email saying his food was ready for pickup, so we expected it to be quick and easy when we got there. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all. When we arrived, the order clearly hadn’t been prepared yet. We pulled into the designated mobile order parking area thinking someone would bring it out shortly, but we ended up waiting there for about 30 minutes with no updates, no explanation, and no sense of urgency from the staff.
The order itself was very simple—just two burgers and fries—so the long wait made even less sense. While we were sitting there, we noticed the drive-thru line was extremely busy, but even then, cars that arrived after us were getting their food and leaving before we did. It honestly felt like mobile orders were being ignored or pushed to the side in favor of drive-thru customers.
When the food finally came out, it was cold and didn’t taste fresh, like it had been sitting out for a while instead of being made to order. After waiting that long, that was really disappointing. On top of that, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay, which made the experience even more frustrating.
Overall, the whole situation felt disorganized and poorly managed. Ordering ahead is supposed to save time and make things more convenient, but this ended up being the opposite. Between the long wait, lack of communication, and cold food, it was a pretty bad experience from start to finish.
