  I had a frustrating experience at this Wendy’s today. I ordered a $6 Biggie Bag, and the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger I received was poorly made. The tomato slice was extremely small (about the size of a quarter), and there were barely any pieces of bacon on the sandwich. I politely asked if they could fix it by adding a proper tomato slice and a reasonable amount of bacon. The sandwich was taken back, but when it was returned, it looked exactly the same—nothing had been corrected. I asked again, expecting it to be remade properly, but instead I was met with attitude from staff, which made the situation even more disappointing. Eventually, a manager came to the window and provided additional tomato, but by that point, the experience had already been frustrating. I was respectful the entire time and simply wanted my order made correctly. It shouldn’t be a big deal to fix a simple request, especially when a customer is paying for their food. Better attention to quality and customer service would go a long way here.

  Stail bread. Cold old fries. Asked for fries with no salt to get fresh ones and they still passed out old ones. Poor management.

  Decided to go to WENDY'S & get the 8$ bag comes with the Bacon Cheeseburger,Double Stack,Fry,& a drink of your choice not a bad deal it's been about 2yrs since I ate some WENDY'S so I decided to stop by for lunch on the way to a friend's house. THANKS WENDY'S FOR YOUR SERVICE SINCERELY.....😎👍

  Bring back the Wendy's with the aluminum foil wrapped burgers and the fries in the yellow container. Mediocre at best and it was FREEZING inside
