  EVERYTHING WAS TRASH ‼️‼️ ORDERED A DOUBLE BACONATOR GOT NO CHEESE OR BACON JUST MEAT ON BREAKFAST BREAD. THEY DON'T GAF AND IT'S SAD. DISGRACE.

  I usually love coming to this location even though there is one closer to me. The customer service is normally great, and my food is almost always hot and fresh. That’s the main reason I go out of my way to come here when I’m visiting my boyfriend. However, tonight I had a very disappointing experience with a manager. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was extremely rude. I ordered a $5 baggie and my boyfriend ordered a spicy nugget meal. We were asked to pull forward, which was fine, because I had requested fresh food as a courtesy since my food is usually hot here. After waiting about 10 minutes, we received our food and it was cold. The fries were completely cold, and the nuggets weren’t cold but definitely not hot either — they felt like they had been sitting under a warmer for a while. I checked with my boyfriend to make sure I wasn’t overreacting and he agreed the food wasn’t hot. I went back inside politely and asked if the food could be remade. Instead of handling it professionally, the manager immediately caught an attitude and started going on about how she had just dropped the spicy nuggets. She just made my burger but dismissed my concern about the nuggets and fries. When I tried to explain that the nuggets weren’t hot and the fries were cold, she responded with more attitude and said, “Just say your fries are cold.” At that point, the interaction had already left a bad taste in my mouth. I was really looking forward to my food, but the unnecessary rudeness made the experience uncomfortable. Because of the way the situation was handled, I ended up requesting a refund. This was extremely disappointing because I genuinely love this location. I love the atmosphere, the food, and the customer service I normally receive here. Honestly, I should have left a positive review months ago because my experiences have usually been great, so I apologize for not doing that sooner. However, the manager working tonight completely changed that experience. I’m not sure what was going on or why she seemed so upset, but the attitude she gave when I politely explained that my food was cold was unnecessary. Instead of listening, she kept insisting the food was hot even though it clearly wasn’t. I understand that everyone can have a stressful shift, but the way the situation was handled was very unprofessional.
