I walk in and noticed a staff just standing there flirting with two girls and talking about school. No one else even recognized I walked in nor that I grabbed my order. Then I walk out and I am almost home (live 30mins away) when I realized my Açaí bowl didn’t taste like honey and I ordered extra. When calling to speak to the manager on duty she said “Well we can only use 1oz of honey so you should have gotten 2oz” although she offered a remake what BURNT me up was as I’m asking her a question not once but twice she ignored me to speak with a Employee. I have been a manager of restaurants, retail and other businesses and never once did I stop talking to a customer to answer an employee.
