  The staff was so kind and helpful when I celebrated my wedding anniversary with my husband. I lost my engagement ring and didn't realize until after we left. It meant a lot that they were just as concerned as I was and looked around the bay right away. Thankfully, it was still where it fell outside when I was able to return the next morning!! We can't wait to come back. :)

  We had a really good time overall but the waitress didn't come until an hour into our 2 hour time slot. She then proceeded to explain the rules, after we've been playing for an hour. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. It was hot and we had to request the fans to be turned on. Would have been a 5 star experience if service was better. Also there was construction going on behind us with load drills going off.

  My boyfriend and I love(d) Top Golf. It has been our go-to for date nights and celebrations. Our most recent visit was to celebrate my 40th birthday. The service was horrible. It was Monday afternoon and not busy at all. Our server, Adrienne, did not check on us the ENTIRE 2 hours we were there. Our food got cold waiting for her to come by so we ask for silverware. We were the only bay she was servicing at the time. After ~30 minutes of waiting after our food arrived, I ended up searching for silverware from other bays. The only way we were able to order anything was when she came to check on the bay beside of us. We had to get her attention as she was walking away. Not once did she approach us to ask if we needed anything. When she brought us our food/drink she did not say a word. She just sat whatever it was on the table and walked away. There was an obvious difference in the way she treated my boyfriend and I versus other customers. We spoke to a manager who gave us both $15 off our next visit. I appreciate the gesture, but the way we were treated is unacceptable. I could understand if we had an attitude or were making excessive requests but that was not the case. We have no intentions of going back after this experience.

  I went during the week with my son when he was having a terrible day after getting some bad news. His mood completely flipped. We has some chicken and French fries with some soda while hitting golf balls for two hours. We walked out with a bill a little more than $100 and a positive outlook going forward. So thank you for a place to go to just relieve some stress. FYI, right now most weekday bay costs are half price from weekend costs.

  This place was fun! Lots of birthdays were happening there when we got there. You might want to call for a reservation because it's a long wait if you don't. They say you don't have to, because it's a walk in type place, but due to all the birthday parties, they be having there it's very smart to call ahead of time. And reserve a spot. The food is pretty good. I tried the wings with asian sesame sauce. I wish the wings where fried just a little longer but it was still delicious. My apologies no pictures.
