  I went through the drive-through and I rarely come to Taco Bell and Shania, who was the person on the intercom for the drive-through on May 6, 2026 did a very great job in assisting me of what I wanted for food and explain what Came on each item and the gentleman that was at the window was very kind and nice 10 out of 10 for a customer service and that is the best Customer Service that I’ve ever had this year. Thank you so much

  They regularly put sauce on my food when I order it with no sauce. I'm not going back. I personally operate under a three strikes and you're out. I just grabbed lunch on my way to work and there was sauce on my lunch that made it unedible. And I have no time to get this fixed today.

  Robbin serve me at the window she made sure my order was right. They hit all five stars on customer service which in 2026 good customer service is hard to come by. She was nice and pleasant. The only reason I gave the food three stars is because my fries weren’t fresh but my service was good and my order was right thanks team.

  I should have read the reviews first. I was the only customer there when I went, they still got it wrong. Look at these soft tacos. Pathetic. Hardly any meat. Can't find the cheese, oh wait I see a shred or two. And we paid for tomatos... Nope, not a one. 3 cheese cups, all barely any cheese. Bean burritos were cold and nasty. Crunchwrap had no meat. Called multiple times to complain, no answer. TERRIBLE!!!

  Just make sure your girl knows there is 2 on Gate City. 👍
