  Yesterday between 12 and 1 pm, I stopped by Subway and had a great experience. The lady working at the time provided excellent service not just to me, but to every customer who came in. The bar was stocked with fresh ingredients, and my sandwich turned out absolutely delicious. Thanks for the great service — I’ll definitely be recommending this location.

  Amy and Bray were fantastic. I loved the customer service they provided. Very sweet and made sure all of my needs were met. Give them a raise !

  The worst subway in Greensboro, ordered online wife picked up the order. Missing items wife went back to fix, got home subs were wrong and still missing items. I went back to fix and workers were outside smoking weed. Filed a complaint, never heard a thing. Will never return, shut it down. Avoid this place at all cost, go to jimmy johns. Trash

  This the worst subway in Greensboro never coming Again turkey was sour and I would have brought back but when I got it was on my way out of town had to throw it out of the window

  I visited this Subway West market location and had a disappointing experience. When I walked in, one employee was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me. Another employee was standing behind the counter, very close to the area where food is prepared, but wasn’t helping either. I even had to ask another customer how much a cookie cost because the staff were too distracted to answer. It seemed like their personal conversations were more important than serving customers. This location really needs better customer service and professionalism.
