  Horrible experience today around noon orders a strawberry slushy which wasn't nothing but water and strawberry preserves inside then I order the new strawberry passion fruit which only consist of water and wat look like fruit inside worst drink I ever had ....Im very disappointed and decided not to go back and probably want visit this location again horrible experience.... I actually go there from time to time but not anymore I'll go to West gate City or spring garden I highly don't recommend summit ave location poor quality service horrible experience

  The double burger taste good but was warm not hot and the fries and tots taste like they were sitting under a heating like for a long time. The lady that took the order needs customer service training again.

  This store is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Nobody uses gloves while working with the food. Management is horrible!! They treat they employees like they have 9 lives . They treat customers like a joke. They joke about customers appears and if the look like they have money or if they don’t. They make jokes while food is taking forever to get made. Nobody wears hair nets. They don’t have enough workers with good customer service.. The only worker that I feel goes above and beyond for their customers is GG she recommended me a new drink even though she was Still new working at sonic she answered more of my questions about things at sonic then the manager.. I never see Workers washing their hands. They go in and out the door and never was there hands when coming back in. The store is DIRTY!! They mess up people orders and don’t do anything to fix it. Or apologize for it!

  decent food but if you want it at a reasonable time don’t come here. ordered online literally just drink and waited outside for 20 plus minutes… no line in the drive thru and parking lot had all of 3 cars in it.

  We just ordered slushes there it literally tastes like bleach 🤢🤢 check your ice machines, dispensers, or nozzles and make sure they’re properly clean before you sell drinks not healthy to drink!
