  If I could do less than a one star I would this place was the worst got complete order wrong what part that wasn't missing. And when tried to get this fixed we just got the run around. Apparently reading isn't a skill this place has members do. I looked at the receipt to make sure the order was correct and it was no one bothered reading that certain items couldn't be on the burger.

  I was served my food, I handed the server my money, she returns a few minutes later and tells me they can't accept big bills, I inform her I didn't have any other way to pay, then the "manager comes out to me and says if I don't have any other form of payment that we are going to have a problem" then proceeded to tell me to "return the food" after it was half eaten. It was handled very poorly and you can't speak to any higher form of management, they do not answer nor return calls. Very poor leadership, not to mention the order wasn't ever right but it was pointless to try and correct it. 👇🏼Que the standard Sonic response👇🏼These places do not care and it's apparent that with all these complaints they change nothing, and do not care about your experience.

  Well I ended up with 2 ice-cream treats by mistake and since I didn't want the one I wasn't eating to go to waste, I gave the extra to someone in the drive-thru. That person asked for my contact information and I think he could be my future husband. 😊. All in all, I think it was a pretty good Sonic visit. 😁

  This was the worst Sonic experience 😒 Pulled up..ordered food...the cashier kept saying I cant here...finally got the order correct. We waited 24 minutes. People pulled up in the drive thru and I counted about 7 cars were served. Pressed the button to inquire about the food and asked for a manager. The manager Kira Scott begin to laugh as im asking what is going on with the food. She says I cant here you. I asked again about the food and what the hold up was. She says it's not my fault. Oh wow really, is this a way to respond to a customer? Came out to the car with a very nasty attitude as im pulling off and says "so you don't want the food" umm no I don't!! I'm very disappointed with the service and reaction of a so called manager.
