  This Pizza Hut location is by far the best. The food is always delicious. I don’t know what they are doing but the rest need to take notes. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I work by this one and will travel to this one when I’m not working and I live in Browns Summit. They are that Good, yes I have been to others. KUDOS to All the workers.

  I ordered off of DoorDash. They gave the pizza to the wront Dasher without making them verify the order first. Then they refused to make the pizza and opted to let 5 Dashers waste their time and gas because of their ignorance. I had to spend over 30 minutes on hold just to fix their mistake. Thanks for absolutely nothing...

  I had a great experience at Pizza Hut, and a big part of that was thanks to Jessica. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. You can tell she genuinely cares about customer service and making people feel welcome. Our order came out quickly, everything tasted great, and she checked in on us at the perfect times without being overbearing.   I must say the customer service I received from Ms. Jessica during lunch today was superb, from placing my order to bringing it right to my table so I can head back to work. In a world today that lacks customer service I recommend this location to everyone. Thank you for bringing the joy back to customer service‼️
