  Tonight's meal was not the best meal we've had here. However, our server Duwan and the Manager Drew made it right. So five stars! We will be back!!!! Chris & Ang W. Jamestown, NC

  service here is extremely poor. I stopped in for a quick bite and sat at the bar, but it took over an hour just to be served. It got to the point where we had to repeatedly ask about our food with no clear communication or urgency from the staff. When the manager finally came over, the experience only got worse. After waiting that long, I told him I no longer wanted the food. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he responded rudely, dismissed me, and walked away without any real attempt to resolve the issue or acknowledge their mistake. While the item was removed from the bill, the entire experience was a complete waste of time. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make things right. This is actually my second poor experience here, and I will not be returning. If you’re considering visiting—especially on a Sunday—be cautious about the level of service you may receive.

  My husband and I visited this restaurant passing through and home bound for Augusta ga. I am not sure if words can express the experience we had in this restaurant. The service, food, atmosphere was REMARKABLE. The team worked with a cadence of excellence and we were overly impressed with the food. I ordered the bone in ribeye and would have paid double the price because not only was it seasoned to perfection took it was also cooked just as I ordered it!!! Thank you for giving us hope with dining experiences!!! We pray for all of the success for this restaurant and all the workers

  We love eating at Outback; the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. We visited yesterday and still had a good overall experience. However, there were quite a lot of flies inside. We were seated by the window, and there were flies on the glass and around our table, which was very unpleasant. My kids couldn’t focus on eating because of it, especially my little ones who are scared of insects. I wish I had taken pictures. I hope management pays attention to this issue, as it affected our dining experience. Overall, we still enjoy the restaurant, but this needs improvement.

  EDIT—— I CAME BACK TO POST A PICTURE OF MY WINGS🥰🥰🥰!!! Yall get into it please!!! I’m addicted to the wings. I always order through the app on my phone because you get points with each order placed. The points add up rather quickly to get the $5 off coupons!! I must acknowledge the wings are bigger now!! They were smaller until about a month ago. Now I feel like you truly get your moneys worth!! When they bring the order to your car the staff is always SUPER FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT!! I love the outback that is located on W Wendover it’s my absolute favorite spot!! The quality of food is superb! It’s always fresh and hot! I will leave another review with pictures when I pick up my next order!
