  I don’t mind waiting at all I understand being busy but I stood and waited politely with no type of greeting or acknowledgement. I did notice they didn’t greet others . Small customer service goes a long way . No “hello, one moment, sorry for the wait thank you or have a great day” I eventually got the attention from a different staff. Member letting them know that I was waiting on a DoorDash order and the main cashier never even spoke or anything even after handed me the order is kind of ridiculous. I know it’s not Fine dining, but people spend their hard earn money and they can at least be acknowledged. It’s not like your prices are getting cheaper.

  You know I can’t tell you how frustrated and upset. I am to receive a fry a large fry at that which now cost an average of five dollars and not even get enough to fill up a small fry bag. I’m so upset about this and to top it all off the receipt they gave me the printer is not even printing the ink so I can’t see any numbers. I can’t see the manager name or who’s in charge. But let me say this and let me say this clear I will be writing a letter to whoever the owner is, and I will be writing the letter to corporate because there’s no way in the world that the people who fry the fries are worried about how many fries that we get in our container, the large fry is five dollars. That container needs to be filled up not 25% not 50% not 75% but 100%. This is the last time I eat over there until this issue was fixed and it probably won’t be but I’m tired of paying my money sitting around and waiting all day just to get some refried fries not the amount I paid for and My food thrown out the window. Whoever is working lunch hour on March 24, 2026 you ought to be ashamed of yourselves and I hope your manager sees this review. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue like this at your store. It continues to keep happening. I shouldn’t have to keep complaining about my fries. The last time I checked, you guys are not getting paid to count. How many fries I get you’re getting paid to fry them and serve them. I’m so sick of fast food. I’d rather just cook it at home so I’ll take my own advice and cook my own fries at home. Mine tastes better anyway.

  I must say this is the best McDonald's that I have been to in Triad area. I usually visit the location before dialysis, There is never a time that I've went there and the restaurant was dirty. The staff are always so nice and helpful. And they are consistent with the quality of three food that they serve no matter how busy they may be. Your served in a timely manner no matter how busy they are also. Their posted as maintaining a 100% perfect score from the health department and they deserve every bit of that score. Thank You for providing a contactable place to eat before dialysis in the morning. Keep up the great service.

  This turned into a complete mess over what should have been a simple fix. The Vanilla Iced Coffee was extremely watered down—more like vanilla water with almost no coffee flavor. I went back to have it remade, and instead of correcting it, the situation escalated because of a misunderstanding. I mentioned another location made it better, and the employee assumed I had purchased the drink somewhere else. From there, it turned into an unnecessary back-and-forth about where the order came from and why there were two orders. (My husband ordered on the app, and I placed mine inside while using the restroom—very simple.) Instead of focusing on fixing the drink, the team focused on defending the situation. We were asked to pull forward while they remade them, but the replacements were just as watered down. At that point, we ended up dumping all four drinks. We’re not from this area, but basic customer service is the same everywhere—make it right and treat people with respect. This experience did not reflect the standard you expect from McDonald’s. We will not be returning to this location.
