  Why did I stop going to this McDonalds? Because a cup of water now costs the same as a soda. At some point we all should just say “enough is enough” This is that moment for me. How is this your actual policy? You get food for a family of 4, and just want to add a cup of water? It’s the same price as adding a soda. This McDonalds just wants you to be fat, and broke. It’s Bonkers. It’s proof that we are living in crazy land.

  I know they have yo be messing with me. I couldn't order at the register. Ok. They are just lazy. Then the kiosk only takes a card and doesn't give a cash option. Order a mcflurry, $5 sure that's fine. I get a cardboard cup the size of a kids meal drink, then the icing on top. Its soft serve vanilla with a scoop of oreo on top. Not even blended. I had some hope for mcdonalds with some of the changes of meals and pricing. But the one thing that wont change. Lazy people working there who think they deserve $15 or more an hour.

  Took close to 30 minutes to receive food... no condiments out... this was inside order. The drive trough was busy.. maybe undernanned... one order incorrect..2 separate orders

  Went there for a quick breakfast ordered hot cakes and sausage the hotcakes were cold as well as the sausage the service was slow the person at the register was non friendly and slow to respond there was a lot of loud talking from the kitchen and the tables were wiped with a greasy rag there was a film on all the tables I took the food back and they offered a replacement but I wasted time waiting for the first order so I had to go they offered replacement food but at this point I did not want it i was sooo fed up with this location I did not want to bother with waiting for a refund 6.00 lesson learned

  Was already having a horrible work day. Go to McDonald's for lunch, which I haven't been to in over a year. Went through the drive thru but when I scanned my card, it got declined. Apparently my bank was having technical issues at the time, so I couldn't unlock my bank card. I apologized and asked them to cancel my order. Gianna (hope I spelled it correctly) said "Don't worry about it, I got it." She didn't even think twice about. How amazing is that??!! She completely turned my day around and shows me there are still good, wonderful people in this world. I hope they realize what an amazing employee they have. Honestly, they all were amazing. Not a big fan of fast food, but a huge fan of this location!! Ps, Gianna, I'm paying it forward and I will be back to repay the favor to you. Thank you!!
