This is a complaint against staff not double checking the order before handing out to customers. Sometime, customers forget to check the order when they’re in a hurry. The lack of responsibility of double checking is outrageous.

I called and spoke with Sandra the manager and she was rude and hung up on me when I asked her to please review the cameras and she would see that my food was not placed in the bag! Horrible customer service!

And they were super busy so I don't understand why they're using old stuff. Then they had me pull to the third window I waited almost 30 minutes for cookies🤯 first and last experience at this one I had to throw the whole Burger away
