  Well we all know what McDonald's is. That said, Nobody notified me that the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin that I order most went back up the regular price. In fact, I thought that the regular price was $2.50. And the ticket says that I ordered a sausage egg muffin. When I ordered sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. Or so I thought. So when I open it up to my surprise I did have sausage egg and cheese McMuffin in fact. That's all the information that I have for you, as the critic. Who knows what's going on. Did a misspeak , when those are very common words that come out of my mouth. Gate City they know what I'm going to order. So should this guy but I guess every day he wakes up it's a new day for him he has no memory of the day before. Or is it just a common occurrence of incompetence. Who cares , we all know what it is. It is what it is. 😂

  If I were them I wouldn’t set up a voicemail either, that’s how horrible this location is. Why half ssa somebody and your still open for 24 hours? I’ll never understand stand that !!!!!! How does someone get a meal and doesn’t receive the side !!! It makes absolute no sense, you all need to do better, PERIOD !

  Placed my order over 30 minutes ago, waited for about 20 at the curbside pickup spot for nobody to come out even though my app marked it as completed and the drive through orders were definitely being handed out quickly. Building doors were locked and we were waived away by staff, so now waiting in the drive through line almost 40 minutes after placing the order.

  Avoid this location at night if you value your time or basic professional courtesy. I placed a mobile order after experiencing issues elsewhere, only to be told at the window that the store was DoorDash only. The staff member refused to provide an explanation or instructions on how to process a refund, effectively ending the interaction at the microphone without any empathy or solution. Management appears to have a recurring issue with night shift staffing and order fulfillment. If you must visit, stick to daytime hours, as the evening crew is consistently dismissive and unhelpful.

  Got to McDonald’s this morning at At 4:50 it was already two people in front of me. I sat there for 10 minutes. The person in front of me had to be sitting there for 15 minutes and the person that was sitting at the box had to be sitting there longer two other people came to the second box and she automatically took their order me and The person in front of me person left the gentleman that sat at the box, he stood there, and I guess she finally took finish taking the order of the person and finally start taking his order because when I was pulling out, she was confirming the order The order of the person in the van and you can see the person in the red car order popping up, but the person that was sitting at the first box had no order on the screen.I don’t understand how you make people wait at one box but you’re taking orders on a second box immediately when a car pull up. You could click in on the headset and say Can you move over to the second box but she never did. This McDonald’s is the closest McDonald’s to my job so that’s the only reason why I go to this McDonald’s
